  Service Fee: Client agrees to pay Reflector Media an advance payment (70% of the session fee) at the time of booking to secure their appointment date and time. This is a non-refundable fee that goes toward your session. The balance is due 7 days prior to the time of the session. The session fee covers the time and talent, basic retouching and creative editing of images, as determined by the Reflector Media, and images amount depending on session. Additional editing is available at additional expense to be determined by Reflector Media. Additional prints or digital images may be available for purchase.
  Rescheduling Or Cancelation:If any situation prevents a photo session from taking place, client may reschedule their session one time only at least 14days prior to their shoot without penalty. Should client fail to give 14days notice, or decide to completely cancel the shoot, this session fee is forfeited and will not be refunded. the client may cancel his session at least 30days before the session date, and the amount will be converted into a voucher valid for 6 months, and amounts cannot be refunded.Reflector Media reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, weather, equipment malfunction, or other circumstances beyond their control. Session starts at the agreed upon time. It is strongly encouraged that client arrives 15 minutes prior to the start of session. This allows for relaxing before session begins. An amount of BD11 late fee will be assessed if less than 10 minutes late. If more than 10 minutes late, the session will be cancelled and non refundable and non transferable.For wedding packages, the client may reschedule or cancel his session at least 30 days before the session date, and the amount will be converted into a voucher valid for 6 months, and amounts cannot be refunded. If the client fails to provide 30 days notice, or decides to cancel the photo session completely, no refund will be given. Reflector Media reserves the right to reschedule client booking.
  Re-shoots: Re-shoots are determined at the discretion of Reflector Media. Re-shoots and will not be given for poor choices of clothing, make-up, hair or weather related issues, or by not following the recommendations of the photographer.Please make sure hair is combed and face is clean and free of runny noses or eyes.
  Archive: After Nine (9) months, all images and prints will be purged from Reflector Media Server and store . Reflector Media is not-responsible for loss or damage to the digital files due to circumstances beyond Reflector Media’s control.
  order prepration: Photo Prints and canvas takes up to 21 days from selection date, albums after 6 months from selection date, video editing after 3 months.
  Payment: All payments are due in full unless payment arrangements have been made. Orders will not be processed until payment in full is received. If client has arranged a payment plan, order will be placed after the final payment has been received. All payments are not refundable.
  Damage: Photographer is not responsible for the damage of the order after delivery to client, including damage caused during transit. Client assumes all responsibility for the safety of all orders upon receipt.
  Liability: Reflector Media is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client(s) will be responsible for their children, gustes and for themselves and release Reflector Media from any claims against their person or their business.
  Copyright & Panalty: Reflector media has all copyrights to all images created during client’s session. Reflector media is authorized to share and post details photos of the session for its advertising purposes as long as its not showing clients faces. Client will be given digital files or to print portraits for personal use up to 3000 pixel long edge, High resolution digital and edited images are available for purchase with additional cost.
  Expiration: All Order expires after (9) nine months from the session date , Paid amount will be forfeited with no refund. order will be executed.
  Link Validity and Resending: Links are valid for three days. Resending after this period incurs an additional charge.
  Session Requests : No cameras/camcorders/any type of recording device (this includes phones camera) are allowed during the session unless prior arrangement has been made between client and Reflector Media, including a written agreement. Reflector Media will not continue if there are other cameras or video taping during the session.
  -Session starts at the agreed upon time. It is strongly encouraged that client arrives 15 minutes prior to the start of session. This allows for relaxing before session begins.
  *Please do not bring any person/child not being photographed to the session.
  Termination: The client agrees to treat the Reflector Media team with respect and avoid any inappropriate conduct. In the event that the client engages in inappropriate conduct, the Reflector Media has the right to terminate the contract without prior notice.All payments are not refundable

رسوم الخدمة: يوافق العميل على دفع مبلغٍ مقدَّمٍ لـعواكس ميديا (70% من رسوم الجلسة) في وقت الحجز لتأمين موعد ووقت موعد العميل. هذه رسوم غير قابلة للاسترداد. يستحق المتبقي قبل 7 أيام من وقت الجلسة. تغطي رسوم الجلسة الوقت والموهبة والتحرير الأساسي والتحرير الإبداعي للصور حسب تقدير عواكس ميديا، وعدد الصور يعتمد على الجلسة. يتوفر تحرير إضافي بتكلفة إضافية يتم تحديدها من قبل عواكس ميديا. قد تكون هناك صور إضافية أو صور رقمية متاحة للشراء.
إعادة جدولة أو إلغاء: إذا منع أي موقف جلسة التصوير من الحدوث، يمكن للعميل إعادة جدولة الجلسة مرة واحدة فقط على الأقل 14 يومًا قبل الجلسة دون أي مبالغ اضافية. إذا فشل العميل في إعطاء إشعار قبل 14 يومًا، أو قرر إلغاء الجلسة بالكامل، فإن هذه .الرسوم المدفوعة لا يتم استردادها.يجوز للعميل إلغاء جلسته قبل 30 يومًا على الأقل من تاريخ الجلسة، ويحول المبلغ الى قسيمة صالحة لمدة 6 أشهر ولايمكن استرداد المبالغ. إذا فشل العميل في تقديم إشعار مدته 30 يومًا، أو قرر إلغاء جلسة التصوير تمامًا، فلا يتم استرجاع اي مبلغ. تحتفظ عواكس ميديا بالحق في إعادة جدولة لاي سبب كان, تبدأ الجلسة في الوقت المتفق عليه. يُنصح بشدة أن يصل العميل قبل 15 دقيقة من بدء الجلسة. وهذا يسمح بالاسترخاء قبل بدء الجلسة. سيتم فرض رسوم تأخير بقيمة 11 دينار في حالة التأخر لمدة تقل عن 10 دقائق. في حالة التأخر لأكثر من 10 دقائق، سيتم إلغاء الجلسة دون استرجاع للمبلغ المدفوع. بالنسبة لباقات الزواج، يجوز للعميل إعادة جدولة أو إلغاء جلسته قبل 30 يومًا على الأقل من تاريخ الجلسة، ويحول المبلغ الى قسيمة صالحة لمدة 6 أشهر ولايمكن استرداد المبالغ. إذا فشل العميل في تقديم إشعار مدته 30 يومًا، أو قرر إلغاء جلسة التصوير تمامًا، فلا يتم استرجاع اي مبلغ. تحتفظ عواكس ميديا بالحق في إعادة جدولة الحجز.
إعادة التصوير: يتم تحديد إعادة التصوير بتقدير عواكس ميديا. لن يتم إعادة التصوير بسبب اختيارات سيئة للملابس أو الماكياج أو الشعر أو مشكلات ذات صلة بالطقس، أو عدم اتباع توصيات عواكس ميديا. يرجى التأكد من تمشيط الشعر وتنظيف الوجه وعدم وجود سيلان في الأنف أو العينين.
الأرشيف: بعد تسعة (9) أشهر، سيتم حذف جميع الصور من خوادم عواكس ميديا. لا تتحمل عواكس ميديا مسؤولية فقدان أو تلف الملفات الرقمية بسبب ظروف خارجة عن السيطرة .
إعداد الطلب: يستغرق طباعة الصور واللوحات حتى 21 يومًا من تاريخ الاختيار، والألبومات بعد 6 أشهر من تاريخ الاختيار، وتحرير الفيديو بعد 3 أشهر من تاريخ الحفل.
الدفع: يجب دفع كامل المبلغ المستحق ماليًا ما لم يتم الترتيب للدفع. لن يتم معالجة الطلبات حتى يتم استلام المبلغ بالكامل. إذا قام العميل بترتيب خطة دفع، سيتم وضع الطلب بعد استلام المبلغ النهائي. جميع المدفوعات غير قابلة للاسترداد.
الضرر: لا يتحمل المصور مسؤولية تلف الطلب بعد تسليمه للعميل، بما في ذلك التلف الذي يحدث خلال النقل. يتحمَّل العميل كامل المسؤولية عن سلامة جميع الطلبات عند استلامها.
المسؤولية: لا تتحمَّل عواكس ميديا مسؤولية أية إصابات تُصاب بها أطراف خلال التصوير. سيكون العميل مسؤولًا عن أطفاله اوضيوفه ونفسه ولا تتحمل عواكس ميديا من أية ادَّعاءات ضدها بسبب ذلك.
حقوق التأليف والنشر والغرامات: عواكس ميديا لديها جميع حقوق التأليف والنشر على جميع الصور التي تم تصويرها خلال جلسة العميل. يُذْن لعواكس ميديا بالمشاركة ونشر صور جزئية من الجلسة لأغراض إعلانية طالما لا تظهر وجوه العميل في حال عدم موافقته. في بعض الحالات وبتقدير من عواكس ميديا وحسب العرض المطلوب يمنح العميل ملفات رقمية بطول الحافة الاطول 3000 بكسل للاستخدام الشخصي فقط، وتكون الملفات ذات جودة عالية متاحة للطلب مقابل تكاليف إضافية.
انتهاء الصلاحية: تنتهي جميع الطلبات بعد (9) تسعة أشهر من تاريخ الجلسة، وسيُصبح المبلغ المدفوع غير قابل للاسترداد. ويلغى الطلب.
سياسة صلاحية وإعادة إرسال الروابط: تبقى الروابط المرسلة صالحة لمدة ثلاثة أيام. أي طلب لإعادة إرسالها بعد هذه الفترة سيترتب عليه رسوم إضافية.
طلبات الجلسة: لا يُسَمَح باستخدام كاميرات / كاميرات فيديو / أي نوع من أجهزة التسجيل (بما في ذلك الهواتف) خلال الجلسة ما لم يتم الترتيب مسبقًا بين العميل و عواكس ميديا، بما في ذلك اتفاق مكتوب. لن تستمر عواكس ميديا في تقديم الخدمة إذا كان هناك كاميرات أخرى أو تصوير فيديو خلال الجلسة.
تبدأ الجلسة في الموعد المحدد. يُشجَّع بشدَّة على وصول العميل قبل 15 دقيقة من بدء الجلسة. هذا يسمح بالاسترخاء قبل بدء
الجلسة. يرجى عدم إحضار أية شخص اخر غير منظم لجلسة التصوير.
انهاء العقد: يلتزم العميل بالتعامل مع المصور باحترام، وعليه أن يتجنب أي سلوك غير لائق. في حالة قيام العميل بالتصرف بشكل غير لائق، يحق للمصور إنهاء العقد دون إشعار مسبق.ولا يتم استرجاع اي مبالغ.

3- Baby Diary sessions exclusive for one baby, one clothing for 10 minutes. session setup by Studio team, client can select the Setup with additional charges
جلسات تصوير بيبي ديري حصرية لطفل واحد بلباس واحد، لجلسة تصوير مدتها 10 دقائق. تنسيق الجلسة يتم بواسطة فريق عمل الاستيديو ،يمكن للعميل تحديد التنسيق المطلوب بمبلغ اضافي
4- Baby diary is 12 session at least, and can be increased, extra seedions are applicable upon request.
عدد جلسات التصوير 12 جلسة كحد ادنى قابلة للزيادة حسب الطلب
5- Extra 11BD for every 10 minutes extention.
يحسب مبلغ 11 دينار لكل 10 دقائق اضافية من وقت جلسة التصوير الواحدة
6- baby dairy sessions are not accepted in holiday's and weekend's.

7- After accumulating 7 session, clients are entitled to get free 30 min coverage session (with out setup)
بعد اتمام 7 جلسات تصوير يستحق المشترك تصوير تغطية مجانية (لا يشمل التنسيق) مدتها 30 دقيقة
8- All the sessions should be booked earlier, committing to the session timing is highly required، If you reschedules your appointment 7 days prior to booking date it’s free of charge, Otherwise booking is canceled and no payment returns
جلسات التصوير تتم بالحجز المسبق فقط ويجب الإلتزام بالوقت المحدد وهو مسؤولية المشترك، عند رغبتك بتغيير موعد جلسة التصوير يجب اخبارنا قبل ٧ ايام من تاريخها وعند الابلاغ بمدة اقل من ذلك يعتبر الحجز لاغي بدون ارجاع المبلغ.
9- After completing all the 12 sessions, The client are entitled to receive baby dairy completed package of 12 pages 10x10inch album within the selection period and if selection not made the album will be cancelled.
يستلم المشترك في بيبي ديري بعد انتهاء 12 جلسة تصوير مجموعة كاملة من البوم 12 صفحة 10انج خلال المدة المحددة للاختيار وفي حال عدم الاختيار يلغى الالبوم
10- Sissions doesn’t include baby wraping, newborn or cake smash sissions. it can be added with additional charges
الجلسات لا تشمل لف الطفل ,المولود الجديد او الكيك سماش، ويمكن اضافتهم بمبلغ اضافي
11- Expiration Date after 1 year from the first session, client can't claim any bookings or printouts after the expiration day.
تاريخ الإنتهاء من العقد بعد سنة من تاريخ تصوير الجلسة الأولى، لا يحق للزبون المطالبة بجلسة تصوير أو اي مطبوعات.

13- Reflector media hava the right to reschedule the session at any time.

14- client can add personal photos to the album and it will be count for BD15 per page

16- Studio Photo sessions are for the kid only , parents can join with additional Charge of BD11. Siblings also can join for additional charge of BD11 for each, for coverage session parents BD27.500 , Siblings BD27.500 for each
جلسة التصوير في الاستيديو للطفل فقط، اذا رغب الوالدان في الانضمام للجلسة ، سيحسب مبلغ اضافي قيمته 11 دينار للوالدين ، و 11 دينار اضافية للشقيق، وفي جلسة التغطية للوالدين مبلغ 27.500 دينار و للشقيق 27.500 دينار
17- Photos will be sent to the client once, 14 days after the session, via a link that remains valid for 3 days.
سيتم إرسال الصور إلى العميل بعد 14 يومًا من الجلسة عبر رابط إلكتروني صالح لمدة 3 أيام.
18- Album will be ready within 6 months after the submition of all the session selection .
يجهز الألبوم خلال فترة 6 أشهر على الاقل بعد الانتهاء من تقديم الاختيارات لجميع الجلسات
19-client is entitled for the Album after completing 12 sessions only,or completing its payment. If the client decided to terminate the sessions for any reason, client will not receive any printout.
الزبون مستحق للألبوم بعد اكمال ال١٢ جلسة تصوير فقط او دفع مبلغها، اذا قرر الزبون إلغاء العقد لاي سبب فانه لا يستلم أي مطبوعات
